Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player

When I try to access my sansa I get code 10, also a message stating there were no drivers for this device, this problem has only occured since I reformatted my computer.

I keep getting an error message stating " a problem has occured in obtaining the devices secure clock


you didnt turn your mp3 player off safley when took off usb module this inturn had corrupted your files on mp3
reformat mp3 update software it has a microchip and all micros. need new updated drivers to run at peek conditions

Code 10: Device Cannot Start


Code 10 refers to the operating system not having drivers to talk to the card. Without the drivers running windows cannot run the device.

Code 10 means it cannot find the correct Driver for the device.

You PC needs to have XP / SP 2 and Windows Media Player 10 or higher.

If you do not have these programs then the driver is not on your PC.

Update these components and try connecting the device again.

Here is the message I was getting; "Windows Media Player cannot synchronize or burn the protected file because the Player cannot verify that the license is valid. A problem occured while contacting the Internet to determine the current date and time." I looked at my device, Sansa e260, and the time was off by 1 hr. and 10 min. I corrected the time on the device and it worked fine after that......
