Your gonna need a hard start capacitor relay all in one start pack it will fix it i use them alot in repairs well worth 15 bucks .it takes some skill to install if you are able to get one it hooks to the compressor to give it extra starting tourqe

take back panel off freezer and check for ice build up which will block air flow and temps will rise. melt off carefully with a hairdryer.make sure drain is also clear and use hot water and patience if blocked with ice. if fault re-occurs, you have a fault with defrost system

First of all Give me model# and Serial#.
you will most likely have to replace main control board and evaporator fan motor. They have had a service bulletin out on this problem.

Firstly you must totally defrost the unit, turn it off empty it & leave the doors open for at least a day or overnight, if the fans are working then ice is blocking the return air duct.
