Most places will tell you you're boned, but there is the option of using a live cd, such as Knoppix. The following website has a little bit of background on the problem, and how he fixed it.

Hopefully that helps.

My mytouch says he android process.acord has stopped working unexpectedly please try again later.but when i try to click force close it wont let me. i can't click on anything and it's annoying! Please help...

That process may be necessary to the operation of the device, so it may not be allowed to shut down. Doing so, will lock up the device. When closing down processes in android systems, that messgae is common. When you stop a process, it WILL STOP WORKING. That is what stopping a process does. Do not keep trying to stop that one. You are messing with to android system itself.

I am not able to connect to the internet. Error : network adapter

Check for the network adapor status. You wont be able to connect to internet if its status is 'unplugged'. Check your cable from modem.

OR check for the network adapter driver is installed properly in device manager

My computer does not recognize the adapter

You will need to check the device manager.

Open the device manager.
In that list you will see the option network adapter.
Under network adapter you will see your adapter.
right click and go to properties. you will get the exact error message.

If you don't seethe adapter under network adapter list.
then search for the option " other devices " there might be listed.

Unplug the adapter and check if you any change in the device manager list. Plug it back in and check if you see any change.

The change in the list will be the adapter. right click on it and check the error message under device status.

How do i know if my network card is not good?

You can verify the status of your network card on the Device Manager (Right-click My Computer then click Properties. Go to Hardware then Device Manager). On the Device Manager click on the plus (+) sign beside Network Adapter and then double-click on your network adapter. It will show the status if it the device is working properly or if there's an error. Post back for any error you may see.
