How to level the mower deck

There are many possible answers, but the best way I've found and for all types of mowers is:
Put the mower on a level garage floor or pavement area. Rise the mower deck to the highest level. By hand (everything off, of course), position both blade tips to the furthest outside edge of the mower deck (widest from tip to tip). Use two wood blocks or equivalent sized objects and place them under the blade tips. Find something that comes very close to the blade but doesn't touch. This is so you can see a gap for reference sake. Adjust the linkages (usually long links, from front of tractor) until the spacing is the same between both blade tips and the objects under them.
The manual has you measuring the blade tips. I find blocks or spacers easier... - see page 17

Deck not level from right to left side

Makes and models vary considerably. However there are some things which apply to every unit. First check that your tyres are evenly inflated. If you have even slight slopes the lower side will press into the grass more and so cut deeper leaving a line. If the tyres are soft this is exaggerated. Best where possible to mow up and down slope. Next park on a flat surface like you garage floor. Carefully measure the distance from the outside of the mower deck to the floor. Measure the deck height with the unit in the cutting position. Best to do this on the rear edge of the deck where it just starts to be straight across the back. On two spinner decks, one is in front of the other so they can over lap without hitting each other. This means that the distance from the rear wheels can be different on either side. Three spinner units usually have the centre one in front. The deck swings up and down from the front attachment yoke. So the front of the deck will not rise as much as the rear. There are hangers which are lifted by the pedal which lifts the deck. If the distance to the floor is unequal, adjust the hanger threads until they hang evenly. I have not yet experienced a spring in any mower hangers.

Pto on MTDMOWERVSLOW model 670 is slowxto engage

Do you hear it kick over immediately when you pull the pto switch? Is it slow to build up RPM's of blade? I need a little more info. Could be bearings on deck going bad causing a slow rise in RPM's of blade.

Panasonic NV HD630 is showing error f06 when the eject button is pressed. The tape cassette seems to be locked in and does not rise. I have removed the top. The tape is withdrawn back to the cassette....

You have a K-Deck mechanism. F06 means the mechanism locks after unload. The cause of this is the load motor or the carriage alignment.
If you enter "Panasonic K-Deck" into google you should find service information and a guide to getting the tape out - all free!

How do you raise the recording level on a teac rw d200? Im recording into the recorder from another deck and when i playback its so low you can barely hear it

I have the same problem. Are you copying an analog source? (tape?) Even though the "0 db" level is activated, (button on upper right on front panel) the level rises to -12...max. I suspect the auto-level is preset at the factory? Even with an EQ boost there is no level increase. Drives me nuts! Must have to recalibrate it; but I've no idea how...

Panasonic VCR NV-SD30 wont egect cartridge. It appears to do everything els but the cassette just will not rise.

Tricky one! The NV-SD series use the K-Deck mechanism. You can get a service manual free for this type and it will explain what you need to do to the carriage and see if any parts are damaged. It's also linked to a mode switch and it's essential to have the carriage in the right position or the whole deck will go out of sink. And you might need to take it out to test it.
If you type Panasonic K-Deck into google you should find the manual.
