By definition a ratio is a division of two quantities. To get the ratio of 64 you must specify with respect to what other quantity.

Small screen when opening games in windows 7 64 bit . have updated drivers and changed screen resolution - nothing helps, and its all games thats not fullscreen. System is a Aspire 4738ZG 14 inch...

If you were to reduce the screen resolution to the recomended for the game, it should fill the screen depending on what aspect ratio the game is. The higher the resolution the smaller the picture.
Hope that helps.

Honda accord incorrect gear ratio code p0370

Honda P0370 - Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Malfunction.

The optical sensor provides a high resolution signal to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) by counting pulses on the sensor disk located in the injection pump. The high resolution is one of the most important inputs by the PCM for fuel control and timing. This test monitors the number of high resolution pulses which have been missed (not detected). It's based on a comparison between the number of pulses that were detected since the last pump cam pulse and the number of the pulses that should have occurred. There are approximately 64 high resolution pulses for every cam pulse.

Possible Causes:
- Open or short in the optical sensor circuit
- Optical sensor connector
- Damaged optical sensor
- Damaged PCM
- Damaged ECM

Possible Solutions:
- If damaged repair the optical sensor circuit
- Replace optical sensor
- Replace PCM
- Replace ECM

Not sure where you got incorrect gear ratio. This P0370 DTC is for what I have listed above.

How to calculate ratio number

Ratios are usually written as xx/1 such as 8 to 1 or 4 to 1 so that one is the base number. If you have 8 black sheep out of 64 then it's ration is 64/8 but you want to reduce the 8 to 1 so divide 8 by 8=1. now you have to do the same thing to the the other side of the equation so you have to divide 64 by 8 = 8 or to simplify this divide the first number by the last = the radio. Thus 64/8 = 8/1 on a more difficult scale let's do 6888/123 is 6888 divided by 123 or 56 to 1
