Have you registered and bought DVDFab 5 from DVDFab?

When it says the email isn't in their database, that doesn't mean that the email address doesn't exist, but rather that it hasn't been registered with DVDFab as a legitimate owner of the product. If you've bought DVDFab yourself, check to make sure that you're registering it with the same email address you used to purchase the product.

If you are, and it still isn't working, then it may just be a glitch in DVDFab's customer database. I'd suggest contacting DVDFab directly, making sure to include any information about your DVDFab order, so they can trace it back. Their contact page is at :

Incoming emails are not appearing in the inbox folder of Microsoft Outlook 2010.

Could be your Outlook profile got corrupted somehow. If you use your account settings on another PC w/Outlook does the trouble follow? Or is it strictly w/your PC? Obviously, other profiles are working fine (your partner's). One solution might be to backup your .pst file to the C: drive or a USB drive, completely delete your old profile, and build a new one. Once your confirm that email is working properly, then attempt to reload your old .pst file to get all your old email back.

Something else you could try is to open Outlook in Safe Mode. This will run Outlook with minimal addons in order to eliminate the possibility that some sort of addon is the culprit.

You can use one of these methods to start Outlook using a command line switch:
Hold Ctrl key as you click the Outlook shortcut.
If you use Vista or Windows 7, type outlook.exe /safe in the Start Search field on the Start menu then press Enter.

Why doesn't it work correctly?

Also, make sure nothing is in your Outbox folder. If any emails are stuck in this folder, it will cause issues.

I want to transfer my Mcafee products to a new computer

I would expect that Mcafee products, like most products on the market, have an activation/serial/license key that needs to be used in order to register the product on a device. It may be a combination of your email & a generated key from Mcafee, or a serial number & generated key, or something similar.. You need that same key(s) that you used to install Mcafee on your old PC. You should be able to install the product on a new computer, and thereafter, register it using the same key(s).
NB: If the license is valid for only a single device, then you have to ensure that, once it is registered on the new PC, you have to remove it from the old PC as failure to do so may void your license entirely by marking it as 'malicious' or 'compromised' (software vendors have their ways of finding out these things).

I keep getting the following when opening or sending mail: The message could not be sent. The setting for your outgoing email [SMTP] server might need to be configured. To find the server settings for...

Quick summary:
It appears that email address does not exist - which is why your email program was unable to send the message. There may be a small typographical error in the address - which you would need to correct in order to send the message successfully.

Background:
The error message you received says the "domain does not resolve". That means your outgoing server (which is used for sending messages) couldn't find the information about the recipient's address -- and more specifically, the "domain" of the recipient's address. (That's the portion of an email address following the "@" sign.)

The error message indicates the domain of the recipient's address is "quickfireprocuctions.com". But a quick check of domain registration records indicates there is no registered domain by that name. And if a domain is not registered, there can't be any websites or email addresses which use that domain name.

However, there is a properly registered domain "quickfireproductions.com" (with a "d" rather than a "c"). That seems much more likely - as the combination of recognizable words ("quick" "fire" "productions"). That domain is registered to owners in Florida, USA. See details at: http://whois.domaintools.com/quickfireproductions.com

Solution:
If that registered domain name sounds right, then you should revise the email address in your message to use the correct domain name (i.e., replacing the "c" with a "d").

Failed to install suite service

Hi,

This problem occurs when the Windows Update agent file Wups2.dll is registered incorrectly in the registry. Because the registry files that correspond to the Wups2.dll file are missing, update installations are unsuccessful. There are two methods to resolve this issue, use method one first and if it did not resolve your issue, proceed to method 2

Method 1: Register the Windows Update files

1. Click Start and then type notepad in the Start Search box.
2. Click Notepad in the Programs list.
3. Copy the following commands, and then paste them into the opened Notepad window:
REGSVR32 WUPS2.DLL /S
REGSVR32 WUPS.DLL /S
REGSVR32 WUAUENG.DLL /S
REGSVR32 WUAPI.DLL /S
REGSVR32 WUCLTUX.DLL /S
REGSVR32 WUWEBV.DLL /S
REGSVR32 JSCRIPT.DLL /S
REGSVR32 MSXML3.DLL /S

4. In Notepad, on the File menu, click Save As.
5. In the Save as type list, click All Files.
6. In the File name box, type register.bat.
7. Save the Register.bat file to your desktop.
8. Right-click the Register.bat file, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password or click Continue.
6. Try to install updates again.

Method 2: Download and install the Windows Update agent

Let me explain you what happened.
when you registered it ihe online internet server checked your key and registered you as an authentic user.
after formatting your pc this registry key was deleted from your pc on the other hand the kaspersky server has already noticed that your key is in use but you have lost it from your pc.

the only thing you can do is to contact costumer care , report the problem and ask for the key replacement.

If you installed the program and have registered it before, the company will recognize your email address and will allow you to activate it.
Your email is generally how they identify you.
If all else fails, contact Symantec and they can help you through it.
