The mic is supposed to connect to the base, not a TV.

Which connectors on rear are audio out?

Hey there Phil! (Nice name)

Jacksticks are usually filtered bt colors. The 2 most common ones being Green for Audio and Pink for Microphone or Headphones for Audio and a Microphone for a Microphone. However if you're setting up a surround sound set up then there might be more, but worry not! That should be simple enough if they all are color, because then you simply just have to connect the matching colors.

I have a Hitachi Star Board Model: FX-E90W and it won't power up. Is there a wiring diagram/schematic to check connection and conductivity.

Many LED TVs and other electronics have bad capacitors on their power supply boards. You can visually inspect them by opening the TV and looking for capacitors with bulging tops. If you see any, replace them all in the power board section. This should fix the problem. Check to see if your TV is still under warranty first though.

Microphone delay

It's not the star station the delay is caused by your TV. Try a different TV set with its own speaker (not an external speaker)

Green led on , but no sound when speaking through microphone

Sounds like an attempted amp/PA mixer repair to me. Plug a guitar or music source into one of the inputs and see if you hear anything. Honestly, the protection relay circuits rarely go bad but instead are reacting to problems elsewhere in the circuitry. Good luck.

Magic Sing ET-18k output delay

The delay is introduced by your high end HDTV. To alleviate this problem, connect the music part carried by the red and white wires a separate analog sound system.

Magic Singalong Song Chips - question please

Not exactly, magic sing comes in different models with different song chip. Old magic sings uses Black with metal song chip, Black song chips, Silver song chips and Gray song chips.

For your Magic sing II (I believed it has four song chips slot) the compatible song chip is the Silver song chip.

Entertech mic ed-9000--Mic stopped working

Could be the wiring in the RCA cable.
Swinging mike to and fro can wear through the power wiring inside the cable.
I'm on my 3rd cable.
Manufacturers have said they recognise this is a common fault with product but it seems they are not taking any steps to rectify.
I found that using the mike with batteries sometimes works.
If you get a new cable may be a good idea to reinforce the top 12 - 18 inches of the cable to avoid same problem in future.
