My sonyhandycam touch screen not working (by 2 users)

model DCRHC20, touch screen not working, other function working ok
My touch screen just stopped working. It was full functional just yesterday, but when I turned it on today, it selectively ignores some of the buttons on the screen. Tried to reset by pressing the pin hole but still no luck. What should I check? Thank you.
