The power went out and when it came back on our stove is not working. No lights on the display. The stove is dead. Is there a way to reset the oven???

Did you trip a breaker. Try to flip the breaker switch that goes to the oven. You may have to flip all the switches and flip them back on to get the correct breaker switch.

Pool shut off, went to investigate and found that the pool motor and flipped a breaker, reset and when I tried to turn motor on again, the motor just hummed but didn't turn over.

The pump needs to be disassembled to inspect for an obstruction in the impeller area or possible bad bearing in the motor, often caused by a leaking shaft seal

Just quit. Is there a fuse involved in the strip?

Hi, the strip has a breaker on the cord end. You need to check that it has not flipped to the open position. If it is flipped, then you need to reset it. Usually pressing it will reset it. If not, then there may be an internal problem with the unit.

My dry quite working after my was work in electric box he was flipping power on and off

Your dryer is a 220 appliance and should be on a circuit all by itself. Are the items in your circuit box labeled (Lights? kitchen, etc.) One should be labeled "dryer". If you cannot locate one that is labeled for your dryer, Check out the position of the circuit breakers. If the dryer breaker is turned off it will be in the oppoite postion of the others.Caution: DO NOT do what he did and begin flipping breakers! If your dryer breaker is in the off position,is you should be able to flip it back on. Before you do this, have the dryer turned off.

If this does not work, unplug your dryer and leave it unplugged for 5 minutes or so, so that the dryers' operating system can reset itself. Then try turning it back on.
