It's probably the oiler check valve located on the crankcase just in front of the clutch. You will probably need to remove the clutch and sprocket to get at it.

Most saws have a tendacy to leak after they are used. After use, just "burb" the oil fill cap to relieve any pressure. The closed oil system will siphon out all of the oil.

The parent company is here:
I couldn't find a parts list or any source for parts. You can download the operator's manual. This appears to be a Chinese chainsaw. Parts may be difficult or impossible to find.
A blunted, hooked piece of wire can be used to pull the hose in the oil tank out. I recommend the filter be replaced. Work your way through the linkage cleaning and replacing any defective parts as you go. The oil pump is often behind the clutch. The saw can be operated without the bar and chain to verify oiler operation. Please make extensive notes & some digital pictures will help during reassembly. GL
Once removed a GOOD local chainsaw sales/repair shop may recommend interchangeable parts.

Check that the oiler hole and the hole in the bar that it pumps into aren't clogged. The sawdust running under the chain and be deposited in the oiler hole in the bar until it plugs it solid. That will keep the oil from havintg a place to go and build up pressure.
