400x600u is not a model number, it is the resolution size of the TV. Please look again at your TV for the model number then you can get the manual from this link:

Toshiba Support

Choose Television then the kind of tv you have (LCD?) then choose the model number, then click GO.

Then click "User's Guide"

This TV is a UK model and is discontinued. Toshiba only offers a brochure online, not a manual....Could not find one online anywhere.

The closest manual offered is a USA model and the manual is here....
