Question about Lite On Laars Lite 2 Heaters: 250,000BTU MV Heater
It's likely the pressure switch. If the heater isn't enough water pressure through it it won't fire. I had the same problem with mine. Try bypassing the switch with a little piece of wire and see what happens.
I replaced my switch this year and it seems to be working fine. You might want to take the switch off and let water pump through the siphon hose for a few minutes.

I'm having the same problem. I thought it was due to having to put some non-detergent oil in the siphon loop, but that doesn't work either....i'm still having the same problem...will not kick on!!!!
