Please error code H4 shows on my mx 181 sharp copier please what is the remedy?

Hold down the button to get the 2nd part of the error code. H4 type errors have to do with the fuser, that's the hot rollers that melt and press the toner into the paper. Depending on the 2nd part of the code, it could be too hot or not hot enough.

Hi, we just used iron on paper in the printer, and the paper got stuck. we think it melted to the rolls on the back of the printer, the oragane and black rollers. what do we do????

Oops...You need to remove the fuser unit from the printer & attempt to carefully remove the melted paper. You can use a sharp object to get started but be very careful not to damage the surface of the heat roller. This needs to be a slow patient job but it should come off.
Otherwise you will need a new fuser unit.

Sharp ARM237 crooked prints and jams w/double sided printing only.?????????

this will be an issue with the duplex rollers check where it is jamming is it in the duplex unit if yes then check the duplex rollers for wear worn rollers will cause scews also check there is no torn pieces of paper stuck in the guides of the duplex
a good thing to do is to get a thin piece of card stock slide it into the duplex manually and frred it where the paper path goes on the duplex from beginning to end and it will push out any thing in the path

How do you reset an H5-01 error code on Sharp Color MX2300 Copier.

Hello

Most error codes can be cleared by removing the paper jam and then rebooting the machine. When an error code occurs, make a note of the code and then follow the instructions on the control panel for clearing it.

Paper jams can be caused by a variety of issues in the copy machine, but jamming can commonly be caused by improperly loaded paper in the trays or dirty paper feed rollers.

If you get repeated paper jams, remove the paper from the trays and inspect the stack. Look for folded corners, especially on the bottom of the stack. Fan the paper thoroughly and then reload the stack into the tray. Check the paper guides to ensure they are not too tight or too loose. Both conditions can cause paper jams.

If you can see the paper transport rollers by opening the ordinary access covers and panels inside the machine, cleaning them might help reduce paper jams. Shut the machine off and unplug it, then take a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with water and wipe those rollers off. A buildup of toner and paper dust can cause them to slip while transporting the paper.

H4 showing on model AL 1553

Hello my friend.
It is a fuser temperature error or one of the sensors is dirty.
You could try removing the fuser assembly - ensure power is switched off- then try cleaning the sensors as they tend to get paper dust and melted toner which collects between the surface which senses the heat from the fuser `Hot` roller.
if this doesn't fix it you may need to replace the fuser.
There is also an engineer code that you can enter to clear the fault
PRESS: Clear - exposure - clear - exposure = the LED display will turn off.
PRESS: # of copy keys until you have 14 displayed.
PRESS: Enter.

Sharp AR-205 flashes H-4 even after we turn it off and back on.

You have a fault that indicates the heat rollers in your fuser are not reaching the prescribed temperature. Chances are you have a peice of paper in the fuser blocking the sensor.

If you open up the right-side door the fuser is the black box-like unit. It has small tabs that allow you to open the access hatch to look inside at the rollers. Unfortunately the sensors are behind the rollers, inside the plastic casing for the fuser.

If you cannot readily see a paper causing a jam, I'd recommend you have a service technician remove and inspect the fuser. Keep in mind that during normal operations the fuser can put out quite a bit of heat, so be very careful when touching any part of it or you could easily burn your finger tips.

Sharp AR-M450 is showing error code ''H4-00''

You're getting a heat roller low temp detection on the fuser in your copier. The fuser is the device that provides heat and pressure to the toner to bond/fuse it to the paper (it's that black, rectangular box in the upper part of the body when you open the left-hand side of the door).

Chances are a peice of paper is jammed up inside and blocking the sensor (probably a small peice that tore from a page someone tried to pull from the fuser). That or the temp sensor is defective.

Sharp 2300n gets paper jam. It fold paper like an

When you clear the paper from the machine at the fusing unit, you can see 8 pawls, it looks like a hook but in a flat design. They should be touching the heat roller ( each has a spring to make it flexible ). If one not touching the heat roll it will caused the paper stuck to it so you will have the accordion paper jam.
