Question about Sony VAIO FXA63 Notebook
For a laptop, "it is what it is" -- namely that the laptop was designed to use 8MB of your RAM for "video" purposes.
Unlike a "desktop" computer, the video-card is not a "user-replaceable" part.
If your computer is "slow" when downloading from YouTube,
start downloading a video, and click 'pause', to allow the download
to continue, while the playback has been paused. Then, a minute later, click 'resume', to see if the downloaded video "plays" at the "normal" rate, without any video artifacts.

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
