Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Here you have the support site where you wil find even the manual if you will need it ..
but In a few words I will try to explain the basic for how to ...with the use of the HP software ..cause it is much simpler
First insert the document ..open the scanner and all the connections ..
first open the scanner manager ..and see that will be choices about what you will want to scan and in which format ..You can scan a document as a pdf ..or like a photo..
the preferred is in PDF for written documents ..so if you choose it ..after that command the scanning from the software .not from the scanner itself..It will scan and when it is finished you have the possibility to find it in the library (save it there ) or use it right the way ..just click on it ..and either copy and paste on the computer somewhere ..and after that attache it on the email ...or ..just click right on it ...and either you will have task at the side on the program to send it via email ..or when you click right will have the possibility to send ...mail recipient ..and from there where you need.
BUt I will go for scaning it in PDF mode...after that save ..and copy into computer on desktop ...Open the email and write what you want including the address and heather ...and just click on attach file ..and attach the documents scanned by browsing the computer and selecting them ..in one single email ...even a free one you can send up to 10 M of files..This is a lot in PDF format ..cause pdf doc has only a few K..

First off it depends on what operating system you have on the exact steps. Here is how in windows 7:
The easiest way to do it is to just scan to a file and then attach that file onto the e-mail your sending.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

These types of severe cartridge
errors (i.e. "refer to documentation" / "incompatible cartridges", etc.)
typically indicate the internal micro-electronics of the HP #60-61 cartridge
are electrically damaged - now, these errors can be bypassed on select printer models (temporarily). The cartridge's electrical wire runs at rear and
lower side of the ink cartridge, are very delicate and are somewhat susceptible
to ink attack over time, which can lead to premature failures. In addition, the
older the cartridge the higher the chance of an internal electrical failure due
to prolonged ink exposure and subsequent circuit corrosion. I suggest you
always run a 'Tap 41' diagnostic test to check cartridges electrical health
(this is a forced test); you may also bypass the error (temporarily) on C4600-C4700
models which use HP 60 cartridges. Refer to Inkjet411 youtube videos below:
