My h2o mop won't steam. How do i fix it?

If your H2O mop will not steam:
1. Ensure you have followed the operating instructions.
2. Ensure you have followed the troubleshooting instructions.

If the unit fails to produce steam:
3. Switch off the power at the outlet.
4. Look at the water reservoir. Inside you will see a flexible tube with a cone on the end. Tilt the unit or give it a gentle shake to submerge the cone in water.
5. With the cone submerged, switch on the power supply and follow the normal instructions. The unit should produce steam as normal.

Note: Unless the cone is submerged in water, the unit will not steam.

Hi - I have an Ocean Sales, Inc. steam mop, model #7603 that I have loved using. It has now stopped producing steam. I can't find my manual. Can this be fixed, or is it time for the trash can? ...

There is a heating element in there that gets hot and produces steam. Obviously it is not getting power or it has burned out. If it is the latter you need to find out how much the repair part, if available, costs. The expense and hassle might just not be worth it.

Lights on but no steam and getting hot

In order to produce steam, you have to "pump" the steamer. After it heats up, pump it while moving it back and forth on the floor while mopping - it takes a few strokes to get the steam really rolling. I love mine - ;)
