Question about Logitech 967437-0403 Keyboard
The side and top keys are designed to work as shortcut keys for various Microsoft applications such as Windows, Word, Internet Explorer, ...etc.
In Microsoft Internet Explorer and various other web browsers the F11 key is a toggle key that allows you to switch between normal mode and fullscreen mode. In fullscreen you can view more of the webpage because you don't have any toolbars cluttering up the screen. On the other hand it can be a nusiance because you don't have any toolbars cluttering up the screen. I looked on the Logitech site but it doesn't look like they make the user documentation available online for their products. If you called their product support line they would likely send you the document you require for your keyboard.

Tips for a great answer:
Mar 09, 2013 | Computers & Internet
Power on your laptop, and press the "F9" key when you see the logo screen.
A menu will pop up with a list of three options.
Select the "Restore Factory Settings" option (which is the last one in the menu).
Select "Yes" when prompted, then hit the "Enter" key to confirm the reboot.
Wait about 30 seconds for the system to restart, then agree to the licensing agreement when prompted.
Confirm your name, password and time and date when prompted.
Then wait as your computer configures.
hope this helps
