Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
I have been having this problem for a few months now. My player does not get recognized by mu computer when it is plugged in and also it stays on the refresh datbase screen.
Mostly this kind of problem occurs in sansa due to incompatible settings. Try the MSC mode in the setup instead of the normal mode. Then the player will appear as a unique drive. Copy the music files to appropriate folders and eject the drive. The database will then refresh again...Also reset the settings to factory default atleast once.
Have a nice day...I hope that this solves ur problem :)
