SOURCE: No instruction manual for Evenflo Victory Car seat

Hello!

What a great seat!

A few things to check: Make sure the seat was never in an accident before. Also, please ensure the seat is not expired, they are good for 6 years from the date of manufacture, which is listed on a sticker on your seat.

This site:

http://www.evenflo.com/Homepage/ProductList/tabid/203/Default.aspx?categoryid=0967b93d-ca99-479b-99cd-cb460e254ea8

has the manual. I would recommend talking to the local police or fire department and having a certified seat person to install the seat and show you how to do it the 1st time. This will ensure the best installation possible.

Thank you!

SOURCE: Can't figure out how to

you have to tuck the loop in through the back of the car seat from the bottom to the top and then tuck the length of the tether through the sewn loop in the tether strap. I found it helpful to have a firm, flat surface (like a butter knife or a ruler) to help guide the tether along the molded foam that is not removeable. Plan it out in advance so the hook is the right way up when you are done, to save yourself some grief.

SOURCE: evenflo discovery 5 infant car seat straps

Okay okay--do not do anything with the big pieces behind the babies back but the gold clips at the **** area..pop those out and shove that piece and the clip and the chest clip through the back of the strap hole--then reput the strap through the slot you wish then the gold pieces back through the bottom and of course pop the gold pieces back--again do not use the upper clips behind the back to do this :0)

Hi, how do i attach the belt clip that comes with the evenflo booster seat?

If it is the one that is on the end of a strap, at the end of the strap is a loop.
Feed the loop thru a small set of holes in the back of the seat. The seat should have 2 small, close to eachother, holes. It goes in one, out the other and then slide the clip thru the loop and pull it back tight.
The only other design I know of uses a screw to attach the belt, the clip is on, to to a nub with a hole in
it on the back of the car seat.
If by "clip" you mean the little bracket that looks like an "H" you thread the car's seat belt thru it, where the belt goes up to the highest point, and use the H clip to keep that part of the car's seat belt away from the child and car seat by weaving it behind the edge of the car seat.
Use Evenflo's site to download a free manual and it shows you how to do it. All you need is Model number and date of manufacture and it will give you your manual. Save it to your computer. Click this link.

Look in your manual. It should always be in the little holder on the back or bottom of your car seat. If it is missing, contact the manufacturer and they will likely email you a copy in minutes.

Evenflo front facing car seat

To adjust the height of the hanress you will need to turn the seat around and locate two metal, rectangular plates. These plates are attached to the harness straps and should attached with plastic tabs. you will need to remove the plate in order to change the harness height. To do so, you may need a screwdriver to loosen the tab enough to release the plate. When removed, feed the plates back through the front of the seat through the predetermined slots. Reroute the plates through the appropriate holes in the seat that best fit your child.
