Question about Keurig Coffee Makers & Espresso Machines
I'm not sure of the model or how old your coffee maker is, but other people have reported problems on websites, and stated that Keurig replaced their units free. You should contact their customer support and see what they say. There is some control not working correctly in your unit, and it is not going to be a customer repair-friendly fix, I'm pretty sure.
