Connect your router to computer with ethernet cable then you can access it with following default link. http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.15.1 or http://192.168.2.1 If you are not able to access it with above ip then check your computers ip address gateway ip is your router ip try with it. Then it ask for user name and password. Type user as "admin" and password as "admin" or "password" or blank. Then you can see configuration page of router. Then click on WAN settings then make sure it is configured properly as your internet service provider settings. Enable DHCP then save settings and restart router. Then go to your computer's network adapter tcp ip property and enable "ip get automatic " then apply and ok. Then it will get ip from router. Let me know if you need further assistance. For that RESET your router to defaults.
Press RESET button for 10 seconds it is in back side of router then all settings defaults.
Then configure it with below method.

Are you saying that your Internet IP address from your Internet Provider has change ? if so please do tell us who's your Internet provider.
But if you're talking about the IP address of your computer please do also tell us of you have a router then provide the brand and model of it.

Sometimes if there is a power spike ether on the AC power connection or on the network line this can cause the router setting to get messed up. If you can let me know the make and model of router you have I can help you get access to it and reset it if need be.
