How do i fix a crankshaft and change oil pump without removing a cylinder head(endura de)

Hi Vulikhaya:
Your engine may not be happy with you.
The first thing I would do would be to check the oil level. That's not going to fix anything but it might be an indication as to why the oil warning light was on.
If the engine has been run without adequate oil for 100 miles, there is a distinct possibility that it has received SERIOUS damage.
I would sincerely recommend that you have it checked by an experienced mechanic. If we were to try to coach you through various fixes, it would be possible that you would be spending money without valid results.
Best of luck.

Why machine full and spin but do not agitate

The difference between Spin & Agitate is the mechanism underneath which is driven by the AC Motor & rubber Belt. Not sure of your model but I believe if the Motor Rotates in say Clockwise direction then the mechanism lets it Spin. If the motor rotates the opposite way then the mechanical mechanism selects Agitate (back & forth). AC Motors use a large start capacitor to kick it off in the preferred direction or rotation. Possibly replacement of a large Start Capacitor might be the answer. The other possibility is that a Solenoid pulls a lever to change the mechanism into agitate mode.
CAUTION: AC Voltages & water can kill.
Pull the plug out before putting hands in.
If your inclined to open up the back & have a look at whats happening then this may shed light on the problem.
Otherwise... take the machine to a washing machine repair business or pay a bit more and have him do a house call.
Be sure to advise Brand, Model and Fault description so he brings parts along.
Cheers OBJ

Change needle?

If you are asking if you should change the needle, yes. My experience is that a dull needle will cause problems long before it breaks. If you are asking how to change the needle, then: first raise and then remove the foot (not really necessary but makes it easier) If possible do not remove the screw that secures the foot. Next loosen the small screw that secures the old/broken needle in place. Remove the old/broken needle, paying close attention to the needle's alignment (which direction is the flat side of the shaft facing) Insert the new needle with the same alignment as the old needle. Tighten the small securing screw, replace the foot and tighten the screw that holds it in place. Rotate the machine by hand to insure that the new needle does not strike or rub against anything during it's full cycle. Sometimes a broken needle will indicate a timing problem or a incorrectly installed bobbin holder. Re-thread the machine and check for proper operation.

I HAVE AN iNTERMATIC t100m TIMER it appears to have two "off" tripper levers but no "on" tripper lever attached to the clock face dial by a set screw . Do I need an "on "...

Yes, the T101M 120Volt pool timer requires both ON and OFF trippers:

Grainger sells T100 series on-off trippers:
Amazon sells T100 trippers

Grainger sells the T100 125V clock motor

How to wire T-101 120Volt timer

How Intermatic dial timer clock works.
Clock motor rotates dial.
Intermatic clock motor, located on back of mechanism, are replaceable
Trippers located on outer edge of dial push on-off lever
ON tripper pushes lever one direction
OFF tripper pushes lever opposite direction.
Lever pushes electrical contacts together and pulls contacts apart.
When lever moves, manual override also clicks back and forth with audible click.
To replace timer, replacement snaps into box without needing to changing box.

Dayton motor, 1/3HP, D/D Blower will not star without a spin by hand. Run fine once started, but must have the spin again to start. Is there a stadt capacitor and where ?

The cap is either external or under the bump on the side of the motor... but yeah, that is what is wrong, the cap went bad...

Rattles when drying

I need more details but typically a dryer will make a rhythmic rattling noise when loose change and other small metallic objects as well as buttons become trapped in the tumbler impellers (those wing shaped things in dryers).
Loosen and remove the top of your dryer.
Rotate your drum, taking care not to rotate it the wrong way. The right direction of rotation will produce friction to the belt, the wrong direction will cause slack on the belt on one side or the other of the drum.
Rotate the drum until the back side of the impeller is directly on top with the outer screws facing you at the top of the dryer. Remove the screws and pull out the impeller and you will find your noise makers. Do this with the remaining impellers and reinstall.

My washer suddenly stopped spinning. Motor is working, but no movement.

you can try this suggestion.

first unplug machine. you will need to start by taking 2 screws out of the face of the machine. flip face back and unplug the lids witch from cabinet. you will see 2 gold clamps you will need to pop them off and then your cabinet should pull forward and cabinet will come off. at front bottom you will see your pump, take 2 clamps off pump and move to the side and then take wire harness loose from the motor. the motor has 2 clamps holding it in place also pop those off, sometimes there will be a screw you need to take out before the clamp comes off but you will see. soon as motor is off you will see the drive coupler. it has 2 sides to it and a rubber like center. either it has broke teeth on it or the rubber part will be destroyed or where the shaft goes into coupler will be stripped.

Acer OrbCam Application has stopped working a problem caused the program working correctly.Pleas help me solve this problem

Assuming it has face track capabilities( like the logitech orbit webcam) it could be a mechanical problem such as internal track miss alignment of servo motor failure or your software has become corrupted. Let's concentrate on the latter. Un-install cam software completely from comp. Create a new folder on your desktop and name it orbcamdrivers. Go to acer's website and navigate to the drivers/downloads>find your model/available downloads/download your new software to the newly created folder on your desktop-orbcamdrivers. At this make sure the webcam is disconnected from the comp. Power down your computer. Hookup the cam at this point and power on comp. Windows will detect new hardware and ask for manufacturers install cd or location. Direct the wizard to your new software and click OK. Follow the rest of the instructions.

TEAC model A1500 tape recorder

What i did to solve this problem on my A-1500 was to remove the tension arm, the pinch roller and the front face holding screws , pull off the rubber faces from the reel hubs and remove them, remove the front metal face plate... in back remove the wood backing panel... inside the deck rear, remove, (without letting them fall into the mechanism) 4 screws that anchor the heavy front cast piece that holds the capstan flywheel...carefully lift the cast piece that holds the flywheel. away from the deck face just enough to allow the old belt be removed, and the new one installed...ensure the belt is installed and goes all around the flywheel..and is not pinched when you push the casting back against the deck face and reinstall the 4 rear anchor screws. place the belt around the upper drive motor pulley wheel.. small diameter part on motor pulley and large diameter part on flywheel for users of 60 hz. Ensure 60hz is selected on switch..or 50hz if that is what you need.(for 50hz ensure belt is on large motor pulley part and smaller flywheel diameter part. with deck lying down or leaning, place a few drops of light lube oil into the felt at the bearing hole for the flywheel. Give the deck a test playback before completely reassembling and putting all the parts back where they were.
