It would be nice to give a little more detail, "you have defective print cartridge. get another print cartridge" really isn't enough to go on, specially if the manual makes no mention of a "print cartridge". Do you have unscrew the device to replace the print cartridge?

I refilled my new hp 60 cartridge at first it works out but after few print outs hp solution center detects that there is a cartridge problem? what should I do? purchasing a new cartridge is so expensive, thnx in advance......
