Question about iRiver H10 MP3 Player
When I turn on my mp3 i get the following message,

Go to www.iriver.com people - what the f--- do you think it means?
Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

Forget using iriverplus go to iriver.com and click on downloads then look for #9 and click on it look for h10 firmware updater and down load it put your player in usc mode when connecting to computer run updater and follow all directions this will put your player back to new i have used this tool to keep both of my players running flawlessly guaranteed to work
