The problem is that you have used non HE soap and that created suds that have contaminated the water sensors in the unit, You can try putting water in the unit using a bucket and see if you can close the door and get it to enter a spin and drain cycle or you can leave the door open for a period of time (days) to see if it dries out enough to allow it run.
