mcdevito75 here, The router signal depends on the 4 sattelites that have to be in range for it to connect to the internet, shut down your computer or just restart your computer. If this doesn"t work un--plug router from the computer itself for 20 seconds and plug in again.
Did you try and wiggle the plug, at the unit, if the lights flash its a bad connection.
Check the power supply, as it first turns on, then check it after it powers down, if you have the same dc v then the power pack is bad.
But it sounds like the router is going bad, so the only thing you rally can do, depending on where you bought it and how old it is.
Say its only a few months old, and you got it from walmart, try and return it.
Contact the MFG through there website and find out if they will take care of the problem, if any charges need to be paid, and the cost of shipping, put this all together and see if its just better to go buy a 50.00 new one.
I hope you get this resolved, and if any other questions just ask.
There seems to a problem with the wireless driver.. Try reinstalling the wireless driver. The driver should be available in the cd that came along with your C200. If not, check out lenovo.com. Most of the basic drivers are available there.
It stops broadcasting the SSID? Make sure it's configured to broadcast the SSID firstly... secondly, test whether it is actually working but just not broadcasting the SSID.
Set a client PC to the same SSID and get all the parameters identical (encryption, user/pass etc). Try connecting again. If it connects then it's just the SSID that isn't working... if there is no joy, then it is just the SSID that isn't broadcasting, not the whole AP.
Also, enable some debugging for the radio0 while it is not working. It might shed some light.

I used my Express as a range extender to my Airport Extreme and to play ITunes through my home sound system. It worked like a charm for two years and then just died one day.
Well, peppelino, i suggest you ditch it and buy a new wireless access point, like a belkin router or 3com access point.
Hope this helps
