Intex Chlorinator Problem: After holding down left arrow and it beeps, i set hours on timer and then it blinks with that number for about 2 minutes and goes to CODE 94=not operating.

First make sure the pump is running and water is flowing through the clorinator. (wont work if water isnt flowing). Make sure water is going in the right direction. (into chlorinator on the right side from the pump, and out of the chlorinator on the left side). The timer controls can be touchy.Try increasing the hours by holding the up arrow until the time is one hour more than you want, then use the down arrow to get it back to the time you want. Sometimes it wont cooperate with increasing the time and just stays at 1 hour, so you have to keep trying a few times.

There is a light on the outside of timer should it stay on all the time

1) WH21 manual does not say if indicator lights up when Load is ON. That says indicator lights up when timer has power.
2) Flip manual control to reverse program and see if light stays on or goes off.

3) GE15207 water-heater-timer has two different indicator lights. One is ON when timer has power. The other is ON when Load has power. But GE timer has NO and NC terminals.

4) The reason I answered this question is that folks have problems wiring timers and then ask questions trying to piece together why timer is not working.
5) If timer is not functioning as expected, read below, or add a comment with details about your wiring.

6) Wiring WH21
240V circuits have 2 hot leads.
Hot leads from breaker connect to center terminal and to left terminal.
Leads going to Load (water heater) connect to center terminal and to right terminal
If you have leads from breaker and leads to Load reversed, timer will not function except when manual control is switched ON.
In this case, reverse wires on right and left terminals.

Timer will run when flipped on manually

THE YELLOW DIAL MOVES THE HAND STAYS IN THE SAME SPOT POINTED DOWN AND NEVER MOVES, THESE ARE A TUFF TIMER AND TO SET IT YOU MUST LIFT OUT ON THE YELLOW DIAL TO SET THE TIME AND THE DIAL SHOULD SPRING BACK TO THE GEAR TO RUN , MAKE SURE THE DIAL IS SET IN THE GEAR BY TURNING LIGHTLY LEFT AND RIGHT . LOOK ON THE BACK OF THE TIMER MOTOR AND MAKE SURE IT THE 208 - 277 VOLT . IF THATS THE VOLTAGE YOU ARE NEEDING FOR YOUR PUMP ONE MORE THING MAKE SURE THE GEAR FROM THE MOTOR IS MESHING WITH THE BIG GEAR THAT RUNS THE TIMER, THESE TIMERS GET RETURNED TO THE STORE WITH A BAD MOTOR IN THEM AND THEY JUST STICK THEM BACK ON THE SHELF.. IF YOU NEED A NEW TESTED ON I FOUND THEM HERE..YOU CAN LOOK THREW THE LITTLE WINDOW TO SEE THE GEARS TURNING ON THE CLOCK .. IF NOT ..Intermatic Timer Motor WG1573 / WG1573-5 clock POOL FIX ON EBAY TO INSTALL THIS MOTOR REMOVE SCREW ON LEFT AND JUST BACK SCREW ON RIGHT A FEW TURNS, TIMER WILL ROCK UP OUT OF BASE THIS WAY . UN-HOOK WIRES ONE AT A TIME AND INSTALL WIRES FROM NEW MOTOR ONE AT A TIME.. THESE TWO WHITE WIRES GO TO LINE 1 AND 2 THESE ARE THE WIRES THAT GO TO THE 220 VOLT BREAKER ... NEED MORE HELP JUST GIVE ME A BUZZ. .. VOTE PLEASE THANKS... JAY

Is the time clock rotating through the off tripper? If so, and the pump stays on, it's not wired right. Check the wiring at the clock for the pump.

Electric dryer wont heat or turn off

there could be a temperature switch that tripps off. look at the diagram and trace also the power to the timer motor. it seems that you lost your power to your timer motor that is why the timer stays @ what ever setting you set it.
