Make sure the cd-dvd tray is up, press the little button next to the power button. then look on the screen on the printer and scroll down to replace ink press ok and it should move the carriage a little way to the left so you can open the carrier to replace inks , put ink cartridge in press ok.
Hope this helps

How do i change nk cartridges n my epsom stylus 4050

Turn the printer on.
Lift the lid that covers the print-head mechanism.
Wait a few seconds, and the print-heads will slide to a position
where each ink-cartridge can be removed.
Push down on a cartridge, to "unlock" it from its holder, and slide it out.

I cant see how to change the cartridges, what do I (sx205)

Hi,

There are only a couple of steps.

1) Remove the empty cartridege and check the writing on it. If it has any bold and big numbers on it, write these down.
2) Go to office supply store and give the clerk your notes.
3) Make sure you get the right one and take it home.
4) Check to be sure your printer is on.
5) Open your printer's lid.
6) Explain how to get the cartridge holder in a position that the old cartridge can be removed and the new one inserted.
7) Take out the old cartridge and put inside a small ziploc if you want to.
8) Dispose of the old cartridge. Or if possible, have the cartridge recycled.
9) Unpack new cartridge and place inside the printer.
10) Print a test page.
11) Reconfigure printer heads for best quality.

Please post your feedback and Vote if the problem resolved as per your satisfaction.

Error message - no ink

Hi Maria,

Try removing all of the ink cartridges again. Open the cover and remove all of the inks. Close the cover and turn the printer off. Leave it off for about 30 to 45 secs. Turn it back on. Install again the ink cartridges. Check if it will charge after closing the cover.

If it still says that ink need replacement, check your lcd panel. Usually it will tell you what ink cartridge needs replacement. This might be a faulty ink cartridge.
