Question about LG 22" FLATRON LCD Monitor
Two parts to check are the VGA and the power module (inverter). Using a voltmeter across pins 1 and 3 of the VGA see if +5v(can see when back opened) . If no +5v, need a new power module, search ebay for similar 22" LCD inverter new from china and refit for about $20 4 lamp with ac power, Else its the VGA ,Repairs on a PCB VGA circuit are impossible with out the right tools.

Ive got problems with my monitor i was about replace dew to it being 2 years old it turns out lg monitors come with a 3 yeay warranty they will replace no prob only snag the monitor you receive will be the same age and warranty will finish at the same time as you first one did hope this helps regards ian
