Hi Steven, had a good look about the net, and got nothing... it should be fairly straight foward to work out. What connections do you have on the back? Can you describe them to me, or even pop a picture into here?
Input or output, it wont matter what way around you use the device, as it is just an attenuator. Happy to help you work it out:)

Looking at the back ... the opposite that you might expect

the right 4 connections are input

Check fuser, power supply filters, and all electrolytic capacitors, look at the top of these caps for swelling check for dry solder on the circuit boards, check output transistors and scorched resistors

How do i connect my amp to my vizio tv there are right and left outputs on tv but only one input on back off amp

Typically you need an preamplifier between your tv and amplifier. you run one optical cable (or coax ) cable from you tv audio output to the preamplifier then you run audio rca cables from preamp outputs to amp inputs (2 for stereo 5 or 7 for surround). the preamp decodes audio and controls volume and surround modes.
If you have a cable box and need just simple setup for watching tv just run rca cables from your cable box audio outs to your amp inputs. you then program your cable remote control to control volume.

How do i connect my sonance 275 SE amplifier to my denon receiver

The answer depends on if you have external speaker level volume controls (usually in-wall type) between the amp and the speakers.
If yes, hook the RCA cables from the 275 inputs to the Denon's Tape Output. With speaker level volume controls set to max, use the level controls on the front of the 275 to set max level desired in each room.
If no, then you must use a line level volume control between the Tape Output and the 275.

Sonance 275 no getting sound to speakers

The Sonamp 275 has Signal LEDs on the front panel, above the Volume pots. If signal is present at the RCA inputs, the Signal LEDs will be blinking.
Most likely, there isn't any line level audio signal coming from the receiver. Hook RCAs to Tape Output or MD output and check system using the Tuner which is an analog signal.

Sonamp 260 cuts out

Normally this denotes a protect condition. Remove the speaker wires from the back of the amp and see if the green light stays on. If this fixes the problem, then there is a short circuit in your wires, speaker level volume control or speakers. The amp sees the short and goes into protect. After a couple seconds it closes the connection again and if the short is still present it goes back into protect.

Input block

dnt3,

Speaker terminal block comes in various sizes and shape. Choose the one that suits your unit best. Some have 2 screws or 4 to mount. You'll need soldering iron to solder the terminal from the inside of the unit.

Good Luck.

Using a tube pre amp with my CA Azur 640A?

There are many answers to your questions but Ill have a go with the basics...
Audio connections should be matched.... its called Frequency impedance,.... to get a signal along wires or cables (or Fibre) the Impedance of the cables and wires must be matched to the device they are connected to transfer the signal along the cables without distortion...

Manufacturers provide many sockets on the input side of amplifiers and preamplifiers to allow the consumer to connect various devices of different impedance.

They label these inputs like CD, or Tuner, or PHONO etc etc,

That means if you have a CD player it must be plugged into the CD input socket then the impedance will be correct and the sound will transfer along the CD cables correctly, without distortion..same with the Phono input etc...
You will find on the sound output to the speakers terminals are also labelled 4-6ohm, or 8-10ohm, these are the impedance expected for the coil ratings of the speakers them selves and its important to get the correct speakers to the correct out put terminals...

In your case all you have to do is follow these simple rules and all will be well....you say you have a squeeze box well there probably isnt a port labelled squeeze box so you need to experiment and try out each input port for the squeeze box to see what input gives you the correct sound output...Watch the Phono inputs as these are very sensative to input sound levels and must be treated very carefully as they have a double stage of sound amplification and as such you need to have the volume right down when connecting up the Phono inputs then increase the volume carefully after the cable connections are completed.

If you follow these rules then all will be well,,,,there is no difference if the Pre amp or Power amp is valve or transistor or FET or has IC outputs to the speaker the same impedance rules apply..just treat it as a box with input and output terminals and all the impedance will be taken care of for you...if you read the lables...

You need to connect you signal source to the Preamp inputs the out put from the Preamp connects to the power amp input then the power amp output goes to the speakers. this is a basic configuration for sound systems, there are other variations but are outside this discussion.

No right channel output

Feed the amp with the left channel preamp to the right channel input on amp and check output. If you get output from amp then pre amp nedds to be checked out if still no output then amp is suspect. Randy
