What is the best and quickest therapy to tighten the sagging skin of my face?

The quickest and one of the best therapy to overcome sagging face is Ultherapy.
A facelift is a surgical procedure that lifts and removes excess skin and also lifts and tightens the muscle layer underneath the skin. Since it is a surgical procedure, it is not for everyone. Ultherapy is a non-invasive option to a face-lift for anyone that doesn't need a facelift or isn't ready or willing to have one. It is a non-surgical facelift, tightens the skin by using ultrasound energy to create tiny injuries to the deepest layer of the skin. This injury results in tightening and lifting of the skin in the treatment area.

Are there any possible risks of undergoing hair transplant surgery?

There are no proven risks or side effects associated with hair transplant surgery. Feeling of itching and discomfort is usually experienced for a period of 3 to 4 weeks but these tend to disappear as time. Feeling of pain is also minimal as the surgery is conducted giving local Anastasia. While i underwent hair transplant surgery in Seager hair transplant center in Toronto I was given local Anastasia prior to surgery.

How do I get any left over wax from hair removal off my skin?

If you have any wax leftover after removing hair at home, you can just use a cotton ball dipped into oil. Don't use water, soap or alchohol based products as these are likely to just irritate the skin.

Does your hair grow back darker and thicker once you start shaving it? I am talking about leg hair, not beards etc

Shaving your legs doesn't make the hair grow faster than it normally would, but because the removal is just from the surface and not the root - it grows back fast and that's why people think it's the shaving that's to blame. The other problem is that shaving your legs causes the hair to have a blunt tip and it makes the ends look more darker and more stubbly.

What is the easiest way to remove unwanted hair? Ie from my legs and underarms.

Shaving is definitely the easiest and cheapest method to remove unwanted hair. You can buy razors quite cheaply and use shower gel, although some people prefer to buy a shaving cream which reduces redness afterwards. Shaving your legs and underarms doesn't hurt at all but you have to keep doing it regularly as the hair stubble grows back quickly.

What tool is needed to remove the transmission pilot bearing

Professional way? Pilot Bearing Puller. Here is an example,

http://www.overstock.com/Auto-Parts/Pilot-Bearing-Puller/3499195/product.html?cid=123620&fp=F&ci_src=14110944&ci_sku=11568310

Not relevant to your situation due to availability, or budget? Then it's time to use your ingenuity.

Non-professional ways:

1.Makeshift a slide hammer puller. A rod of metal with a hooked end, or similar. Attach a large pair of Vise Grips to the end of the rod, place the hooked end inside the inner bearing race. (The hole where the transmission input shaft goes)

Take a hammer and tap on the Vise Grips, so that the rod is pulling away from the bearing. (Towards the back of the vehicle)
Work on one side of the inner race, move over a little, and work on that spot. Keep moving around until you pull the bearing out.
Yes, very 'Shade Tree' but will work in a pinch. (Hard on Vise Grips though!)

2.Use a small flat cold chisel. Hit the inner race of the bearing, knocking it out. Remove the inner race, and all bearings. Take the chisel again, and carefully cut a groove along the outer race, staying Away from the crankshaft bore.

Once, the groove is all the way across the outer race of the bearing, and is deep enough, you can work the outer race out of the crankshaft bore.
If you scar the crankshaft bearing bore, file just the scar smooth, and follow up with Emery cloth.

AGAIN, the above No1, and No.2 examples are Non-professional, use at your own risk. I just thought I would post these methods, as not everyone has $26 to $35, for a tool you may use just one time.

Belt keeps breaking on vacuum.

Clean the hair off the bearings. Remove the brush. Pry off the end caps and remove the hair under and around the bearings. I used a kitchen fork.
