I have a Logitech cordless/wireless optical mouse model# 402673-0000. It isn't working with my Labtop & I need the correct driver/software for it but don't know what to look it up under. Can you look it up under the model number?

No help from www.logitech.com because this mouse 402673-0000 came only with a MK-Combo. Not for sale alone. Keyboard died at 13 months, this excellent mouse is unstoppable! You shouldn't need "drivers" with current Operating Systems. Windows ones anyhow. :) Try online auctions and book sellers.

P.S. Mouse has both power and reset buttons, receiver has connect button. All 3 must be used.

Have cordless keyboard EX-100. Keys will not respond. The calculator and mute keys works all other do not. Have fresh batteries and reset connection button many times. My cordless mouse is okay.

You either need to push fn button (upper left on keyboard) or you need to check that the logitech keyboard software (itouch and a few other names i can;t recal) is running or installed. On mine if the software has glitched out, a quick reload of it and it works fine. This software is what is telling your computer what the special keys mean. If this isn;t running it will only be able to understand the standard type of key signals.

My logitech V220 optical mouse won't work, I changed the batteries.

Hi three, uninstall the Logitech V220 Cordless optical mouse driver from the laptop and then restart the laptop again. Now install that Logitech V220 Cordless optical mouse driver again . I am sure its will start working. If not then make sure your batter Is properly fixed inside in the mouse & that's fully charged. After those thing if still not working then visit service center, because the mouse censer stop working and its damaged.
Thanks & waiting for your feedback.

Bought a logitech wireless mouse..cannot get it to work...need drivers ..I have 32-bit vista....serial no of mouse is M-RBS136

If you go to logitech.com/support and type in the type of mouse you have they will give you downloads so you can choose the vista 32 bit software. Its nice software and the mouse should run fine.

Do i need a disk for mouse to work

Hey bigbufford,
You may want to search for the drivers from the manufacturers site if it's offered in the paperwork. If not, I have always found drivers by just typing in the brand, model and manufacturer on a Google search.

Here's the site I have used
