You just need to recover the radio's serial number to decode the 4 digit radio key. The full process and decoder is available here: Porsche Boxster: Online Lost Radio Code Recovery Tool

This is dealer only!

With most of these radios, there is no master pass code. They have to change the EEPROM, or re-flash a new code. Most of the dealers will charge their hour rate for this type of work.

Hi

Since you did not mention the year of the product, and after doin thorough rescearchthe model no. that you have provided are not gettin recognised by the database.
Since it is older model I am sure it has a stereo / mono selector switch.

It is suggested that you contact motorola dealer if they have somethin in record.

Thsanks for contacting fixya.com

The RC R0509 remote control does not respond to the receiver. I bought a universal remote and tried all the codes but still no responce.

people say that you have to tap on the receiver near the remote sensor. I don't know exactly where that is though since these are RF (radio frequency) not IR remotes, so there isn't a sensor panel in the front. I'd just tap along the front edge with the handle of a screwdriver or something. People say it works a treat.

You have to get the correct radio code from the CAR manufacturer / dealer by telling them the full model no. and serial no. of the radio.
Good luck.
