Carrier ht pump keeps blowing 5 amp fuzes

You have a low voltage short, likely on the wire leading to heat pump, first place I'd check anyways. They do make a resetting fuse that will help you until you can locate the short but can be a daunting task. Take a pic of low voltage wires at heat pump. unhook all wires and wire nut. replace fuse and turn power back on. if fuse holds its inside the heat pump if not...keep looking!! Best wishes

I think that my circuit breaker has flipped on my Carrier 25hbr heat pump and I cannot locate to flip the breaker

If this is a split unit there is two brakers one in the house at the panel and one at the outdoor unit it should either have fuses or a breaker inside the box.
