Question about Heating & Cooling
The E7 message indicates that the unit is full of water and needs to be drained. The drain plug is on the back of the machine towards the bottom on the right as you face the back of the machine.
You can empty the unit by pulling out the black stopper and tilting the air conditioner slightly to drain. Make sure you do it over a container or outside though, there's quite a bit of liquid.
