Question about HP Compaq nx7010 Notebook
Try to clean up any air inlets - outlets using a brush. In case it's available use air under pressure to throw away the dust from the ventilation grids, but after this leave the laptop to calm for some minutes. Avoid closing the ventilation grids with any objects (especialy blunkets etc when in bed)
