Power off system , disconnect power and press and hold power button to discharge stored power, then remove memory module 1, then reseat it by inserting it with the levers extended to the sides and press down with thumbs until the levers snap in place vertically on their own. if no change, replace module.

My printer shows memory error on its screen why?

Mem test failure replace Dimm 0 or Mem test failure replace Dimm 1
If either of the are the messages displayed, the problem lies with the mother board (formatter).
DIMM 0 = On Board Memory - cannot be changed. DIMM 1 = Add On Ram - Can be Changed
Make Sure the printer firmware is up to date FIRMWARE
Most Likely the formatter board would require replacing.

My Dell Dimension 9150 is unstable. The Dell Diagnostic indicates memory failure in DIMM socket 3. I reversed the modules in the DIMM sockets and Dimm socket 3 failed again. Motherboard?? My motherboard...

Yes you can. Your best is to use the largest and best ram in the number one slot. I would remove ALL the ram and start with the 2 gig in the first slot - then add others until you get the error message - remove that one and keep the rest.

Have OKI c5200 Printer Message window reads Service Call 030: Fatal error Mac Mini OSX system What do I do? Prior to Message  Black Ink cartride was low and replaced cartridge after message appeared

I had the same error with an Oki C9600N. Called OKI, and was told one of two things has apparently gone bad: a DIMM (in slot 1) or the controller board. I removed the RAM, cleaned the contacts, blew out the slots (w/canned air), and reseated the RAM. Printer is back up and running. Hope this helps someone.

BOOT FAIL: PCF8584: I2C ERROR

According to the message you received on the screen there's might be something wrong with your RAM module(s). Take a look inside and see if everything's alright with RAM. Replace it to another slot if there are empty.
Download and use a program like MemTest to see if RAM is properly working.
If you have another computer which is compatible with your RAM, try it inserting then in to PC and see if everyhting's alright.
If nothing helps, then purchase a new RAM module
