Searching for replacement covers for earphones (by 2 users)

I've worn the unit so much that the covers are the earphones are worn out. Any ideas as to where I can get replacement covers?

Same issue. Need replacement ear covers for the Sony Walkman SRF-HM33. If you find, please post.
