Question about Cameras
OK, I would try to get the receipt information from the retailer and try to exchange for another.
If this proves futile, the camera will have to be serviced or replaced.
Kodak.com says that they are not responsible for cameras that have been dropped, but if you contact them, they may have a solution for you.
Try the above troubleshooting and repair link to get service that must be paid for since it was dropped or exposed to liquid for evaluation.
