Question about LG GM200 Cell Phone
There are two ways to do this that offer slightly different functionallity. The simple way is to use the phone with a Micro SD card and connect it to the laptop in 'Mass Storage' mode. That way you can transfer pictures, music, and java games back and forth.
The other way is very longwinded and even after all the trouble you go through, LG's software still won’t allow you to move java files from your PC to the LG GM205 which is almost identical to the GM200 (it might with some of the other phones).
Go to this LG support site: http://www.lgmobile.com/. Select your region and country (mine was Europe -> United Kingdom).
On the left hand side, click the link/picture entitled "Manuals & Software".
A new window may pop up. Click the Download button in the centre of the window. This will download an installer/update program.
After that's installed, run the installer/update program and you will be asked to enter your phone's IMEI but DON'T use *#06# to get the IMEI, get it from the back of the phone behind the battery (as the two didn't correspond when I was doing this).
Now the LG software for your phone will start to download. Mine was 214MB (!) but you cannot use a download manager so if you have a dodgy connection and get disconnected (like I did) you'll have to start the download from the beginning again.
After that's installed you may need to restart your PC. You can now connect your phone to the PC (in data service mode) but don't run what you've just installed, run the installer/update program again. This took a few attempts for me and you may have to be patient but eventually the installer/update program will download and install additional drivers for your phone. After that you may need to restart you PC yet again.
Now you can connect your phone and run the LG PC Suite.
However, I don't think it’s worth it as (as I said at the top of this) the software still blocks you from moving java files to my particular phone (LG GM205 Brio).
A simpler solution is to buy a Micro SD card and load the java files onto that instead (in "Mass Storage" mode).

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
