Body{padding: 10px;}#Post p {margin: 0px; padding: 0px;}#Post ul{padding: 0px;margin: 0px;list-style-position: inside;}The time settings is under the top panel of the clock-radio. Turn the device to the back. There are two screws at the top and a message saying unscrew them to take off top. Remove the screws and take the top off. You might have to pry it off a bit. There are white buttons underneath the plate. Press the "time" button and then use the back-forth buttons on the front to adjust the time. You have to adjust the time minute-by-minute. There is no hour button. You have to keep holding down the forward-reverse keys until you get to the right time. Replace the top panel and screw in the screws to put back together. You might have to open the CD door to pull the panel through the front catches. And that should do it. (By the way, this is a hotel clock radio, not a vacuum cleaner!)

Need manual for Travel Companion Model S1500 Alarm Clock

Travel alarm clocks can have varying instructions, depending on the type of clock you are using. Here are some tips for use that will apply to any alarm clock.

  1. Power source
    • Travel alarm clocks will need to have some sort of power source. Depending on the type of alarm clock, it might be battery-powered or it might have a cord that needs to be plugged in. Battery-powered alarm clocks can take mini watch batteries, AAA batteries or sometimes AA batteries. Travel alarm clocks, because of their tiny size, usually have the small batteries that need to be bought from a watch store or a dollar store. Before you leave, make sure you have a working power source and can turn it on.
    Changing the time
    • After you reach your final destination, power the alarm clock on. Now you'll need to set the time and date correctly. Check a watch, cell phone or television to get the exact time and locate the buttons or dials on your alarm clock. On some, there will be a "time" or an "hour" button you need to press and hold to activate the alarm time change. While you are holding it down, turn the dial, press the hour button or press the (+) button until you notice a time change. On others, simply pressing the hour or minute button will let you change the time shown.
    Setting AM/PM
    • The AM/PM option is critical in setting your alarm clock correctly. Make sure the LCD display on your clock has a light beside the correct AM or PM setting, or look for the letters AM or PM on the display. If you get this wrong, the alarm won't go off in the morning!
    Setting alarm time
    • To set the alarm time, look for a button or a switch that says alarm. If there is a switch, move it to the alarm setting. If it is a button, you'll need to hold it down until the time starts flashing, signaling time to change the hours and minutes to the desired alarm time, or hold it down while you press the hours and minutes buttons to reach the alarm time you want.
    Turn alarm on
    • Now double-check that your regular and alarm times are correct by switching the switch back and forth again, or by pressing the alarm/time buttons long enough to read the time set. There should be a picture of a bell somewhere on your LCD display showing that the alarm is set to "on." If there isn't, look for the on/off alarm button and move it to the correct position.
    Music options
    • The last step is finding the alarm wake-up option. Not all travel alarm clocks have this option, but if yours does there will be a switch or button that lets you choose to wake up by a buzzer, the radio, a CD, or another device.

How do I set the alarm clock on my wharfedale ne 3120?

Press the INFO button several times until you see "Alarm Status" displayed. I had to press it five times.
Then use SELECT button to choose between ALARM OFF and ALARM ON. If you choose ALARM ON, you can adjust the alarm time by first holding down the SELECT button until the display flashes. The you use the UP and DOWN buttons on either side of SELECT, to adjust the time, the type of alarm (Beep, FM or DAB) and if you choose FM or DAB, you then select the preset. Exit by pressing SELECT a final time. Then the INFO button to exit from setup.
Hope this helps.

I dropped my battery operated alarm clock: the second hand still works but the alarm doesn't come on at the set time and the hour & minute hands don't "hold" their position - I took the clear...

The hour and minute hands can be pushed onto their respective shafts at any point in most clocks.
If you already know the time that the alarm is set, let the clock run until it sounds.
When the alarm sounds, install the hour hand and the minute hand to the exact alarm set time. If, say, the alarm is set for 6:30, push the hour hand onto it's shaft at exactly half way between 6 and 7 and then push the minute hand onto it's shaft pointing at exactly 6.
I think this should get you operating.

I have a Uni-com wireless doorbell, model 55075/SC352R. I would like instructions as I'm not finding it easy to reset things and have inadvertantly set the alarm and don't know how to turn it off!

With the display in normal mode showing the time, date and temperature and with the double dots flashing each second, press the MODE button. The first press will give you the option for setting 12 or 24 hours on the time display. The second press should bring up the setting for the alarm time. Press the SET button once and it flashes the hour for the alarm. Press it again and the minutes for the alarm will show. Pressing the SET button a third time lets you set the number for each musical tone choices for the alarm. A fourth press will ' set' the alarm so the alarm time will show, plus the number representing the ring tone you selected below the alarm time. Normally what you would do next is press MODE again 3 times to return to the ordinary time display. But if you want the alarm off, instead of doing this, press SET a fifth time and this will set the alarm time to 'off' and the display for the alarm will show '-:--' now press MODE 3 times or until you see the ordinary time display with the double dots flashing. You can check the alarm is off by pressing the ALARM button - it should still show '-:--'. The ALARM button is only for showing the alarm time which has been set, not for actually doing the setting. A quicker way, starting from the normal display with the seconds flashing on the time, is to just press the ALARM button once, then press SET 5 times then MODE 3 times.
