I'm tryng to create an emulation of your problem. In case I have good news, I'llpost you back. In the meantime have you tried to install the drivers with the USB device connected at the USB port? I'm asking because the USB drivers installation has to be with the device UNCONNECTED from the USB port, but at the user manual they claim that it has to be connected. Keep me updated with any news.
