There are two Phillips head screws on the very top of the outside of the cabinet above the vent.You can find helpful exploded view diagrams and order parts by entering your full model number here.
When they're removed, slide the hood vent grille to the left about 1/4", then then pull it forward.
(There are three L-shaped clips that fit into a slot to hold bottom of the vent)
Then remove one screw (which holds the control panel in place) near the top of the control panel.
Once that screw is removed the panel tilts out so you can disconnect the wires and then slip it out.
Be sure to mark and/or photograph your wires so that each one gets back exactly where it was after the repair.
Reassembly is accomplished by sliding the L-shaped keepers in place, then sliding the vent grill to the right and pushing it into place.
