I just purchased a Sakar

I just purchased a Sakar digital photo frame keychain. I downloaded 22 photos from my Documents displayed on Active Images Express but from there is where I'm having trouble getting the photos to the keychain device. First of all, I charged the keychsin battery then installed the 12490/12498 software and selected 22 photos on the Active Images Express page which I dragged to the location at the bottom as instructed. While selecting my photos from the Active Images Express window, I had the keychain and the USB unplugged from my computer. I'm using Windows XP. I'm having trouble with sending the selected photos to the keychain (pages 14 thru 17 of the Owners Manual). If possible, please provide me with step by step easier instructions from the photo selection to the keychain transfer....Thanks for your help, Ron.
