First of all its good to have a Anti virus program like Avg or Avast go here to download them (choose one)

AVG free 2011
http://free.avg.com/au-en/download-avg-anti-virus-free (click avg free edition)

or

Avast 5

Now to scan your computer to get rid of virus's, spyware etc download these programs and make sure you run a scan once every two - three weeks

My laptop was affected by autorun, the av i use didn not detect the virus. i have try to install some of the remover in safe mode but no luck. each time i insert my USB, it transform all the exe's or...

hello, when u want to kill a virus in safe mode, try to kill it first from startup.
first u need a process explorer (this is a program), u can download it from microsoft, this is the link: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.
it is portable and u just need to run it and see what process that running.
u can showing the path of the process by -> click 'view' tab, select 'select columns', mark 'image path' box, then OK.

now u can see the path of the process that already running. search one by one to seek suspicious program. (note: u can check it from company name too).

when u have find some suspicious program, u can googling the program name (example: svchost.exe..) to make sure the running program is virus or not.

if u have already define the virus, u can kill the process from safe mode (record the virus path, this useful in final) and delete the registry that created by virus from your registry (use regedit). finally u can remove the virus from your computer, just follow the path from process explorer that u already recorded.

hope this useful, if u still confuse u can list your running program from process explorer and send it to me, i will gladly to help. regard, riyan.

Keygen exe not valid win32 application

This issue can occurs when the file (in your case, keygen.exe) is probably corrupted, bad or missing or when is not available for your Windows. It can be also a virus/trojan or other malware file.

To manage this issue, delete the file and download it again but be sure that it's not corrupted. Also take a look if your operating system is available for .exe file to run. Make sure it's a .exe file too.

I hope I helped! Thank you for using FixYa!

Hello i've got a problem with my computer anytime iswitch on a message appear : file not found "systeme32/drivers/prgds.exe". how can fix this proble ? Thanks

Hi,
This is because your system was infected with a virus (prgds.exe) and the same virus was successfully removed from your system by the antivirus software. Now the path for the same virus file still exists in registry / windows startup list. As the virus file was removed and no more exists, you are getting this message. This is normal. no need to worry.
In Run prompt type the command "msconfig" and under the startup tab, uncheck the item which refers to this .exe file and restart your system. This will fix your problem.

Please rate the solution.
Thanks

I have virus av.exe and cannot remove it

This trojan runs as a rootkit, so you won't see it when it's running. It is a single file in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local (Vista), or C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\AppData (XP), It is marked as a system file, so you'll need to use the Folder Options in the control panel, to unhide hidden and system files and folders. As I said, with the rootkit loaded, you still won't see it there until you unload it. It runs by changing the registry so that any .exe run, will instead load the trojan. Attempts to run Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox will also instead run it. If you delete the file, or your antivirus finds it and deletes it, the changes to the registry will mean that from then on, whenever you try to run a program, you'll get a windows message asking you to select the file you want to use to open the .exe. (if this is the case, you'll need to use regedit in safe mode with command prompt, or rename regedit.exe to regedit.com).

To defeat the trojan, you must undo the registry changes, then reboot to reveal the file, then delete it. Here's how.

Run regedit. The trojan will load and give you all the fake warnings hassle. Do Ctrl-Alt_Del, and find the process 'av.exe'. End the process. Now in the registry editor, search for 'av.exe'. You should find a section HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.exe, where the (Default) REG_SZ has been set to 'secfile'. Edit this back to 'exefile'. Keep searching and you'll find HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\secfile. Delete the whole secfile section. Keep searching - you'll find the odd line where it may be a recently 'searched for' item, where you can just delete the line, and you'll find it in a command line to run Internet Explorer. The full path to the trojan will be specified before the path to Internet Explorer. Edit this line to remove the path to the trojan, leaving just the path to Internet Explorer. A similar edit may be required for Mozilla Firefox. Find any other occurences of av.exe and deal with them in the same way.

Now, reboot the PC, and the trojan will not start up. Display system and hidden files, then go to the location of the trojan. Now you can see the little swine. Delete it, and empty the recycle bin.

Problem solved.

Enjoy!

Winmail.exe message on my computer.

Winmail.exe can be a legitimate windoze component, but in this case it's probably a Virus. Scan your hard drives with your favorite updated Anti-Virus or install one (preferably up to date) and scan your hard drive/drives in safe mode (by pressing F8 on boot then once in safe mode scan them). That should tell you whether it is a virus or not. If not, you have repair options that can be explored. They will depend on the OS version you are running.
I hope this helps.
