Can you try to see the front panel of your CD player and find a very tiny hole there. you insert a small pin there about 2inches lengght at least and push it inside. if the tray is in the home position then you must be able to eject the tray manually but if it is stuck in the play position then the cd mechanism has to be dismantled

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Kenwood KDC-119 car stereo problem

There is a small hole at the bottom of the stereo face that will reset the system. I pushed a pen tip into the hole and it turned the stereo off. When I removed the pen, the system turned on and the CD ejected. Problem solved.

are you using any separate amp?- if you are the blue wire on the back of the radio is probably turning off when you use a cd(the blue wire is for a power antenna, the blue with a white stripe is for an amp)

No response from the KDC-519

I once had the same problem and took it in to have it looked at! The guy simply pushed in the small black button to the left of the ATT button and it reset!

Hope that helps!
