You will need to start from the begining, check from thepower supply and move on to the micro controller section.
Use a good multimeter to check and see the voltage to all the sections only to find the missing section to identify the fault.
Look for damaged components, possible capacitors, fusible resistors or can be bad soldering joints in the power sections.
Use a good irron to touch up the suspected areas and check out power sections producing heat.
