If you added a ram and reinstalled win 7 then remove that ram and reinstall win 7 clean install again

Locate the manufacturer web-site LG I believe is your product. Look up downloads or device driver software. They should have it listed for you. More than likely it's free too!

If you were to log on to the manufacturer's web site, I think you will be pleasantly surprised as usually one is able to download if available, by model number, Customer Instruction Manuals, list of Dealers, for spare parts and service, Driver downloads and Installation Instructions as required.

Hello dear, I'm one of the users of LXU 800 modem. I tried all the sources and found there is no way resolving this issue because the manufacturer has not yet released any updates till now. I also heard the team at Reliance doesn't care about this issue because the actual manufacturer is LG. Anything to share? Meet me at [email protected]. Have a great day. preciso do draive lg scorpus

1. Disconnect modem from computer by taking out the usb lead from computer
2. insert modem cd in cd/dvd drive and run install
3. Install the driver from the cd
4. follow directions onscreen the restart computer if necessary
5. plug modem back into usb port
6. now when windows detects it it will find the correct drivers

Now reinstall your modem with the latest set of drivers
