Question about Kenmore 98702 Stacked Washer/Dryer
Unless the fault is looked into the possibilites are many. But your inspection with a good lighting to probe wil give the result .
Look for the point of leak during the cycle operation, could it come come the drain, the drain valve or the pump. Is it possible the drum has a leak or the gaskets are faulty. A good inspection with holding the fingers on the surface will the flow of water to confrim, wipe off and see the water coming out for a confirmation.
Together if there is no drain the possibility of the drain clogging can result in both the problems mentioned.
Remove the drain hose and check all the components of the drain exit , from and out of the drum.
