I need a diagram of the rear axle parts

Darvon, it looks like there are Woodruff keys on each axle shaft so yes there is a keyway. See the link below, on page 8 is the axle diagram. Good luck!

Remove the center dust caps from the rear axles, start the tractor up and put it in gear and observe the axles, if one of them is spinning freely inside the wheel, you have lost the 1/4" square key that pins the wheel to the axle. Replace the key and you can go back to mowing. Hope this helped Tim

Do you have to remove the deck to replace the 3 blades?

I had a 3 bladed 48 inch Husqvarna for years and I had a set of ramps which I got at a garage sale for a few bucks. Drive the thing up the ramps and the deck bottom and blades are exposed. Block the rear wheels and you are in business. Ramps are better than jack stands for this as you will be applying sideways torque when you unbolt and rebolt the blades.

Won't move

Replace the key and you can go back to mowing. This often happens when a flat has been repaired and the wheel pushes the key out the back as you slide it back on the axle. Sometimes it will just barely catch at the edge of the wheel and work for a while then fall out and you not even know it

Cratsman lt2000 lawn tractor will start but will not move forward or backward. I tried changing the drive belt, but that didn't work.

Is the transaxle pulley turning? If so have you removed the rear wheel recently and possibly lost the square key that fits on the axle?check those two items first. If ok it probably has a broken gear or shift key in transaxle.
